Here at Gardening Gifts Direct we are proud to offer a ‘hassle free’ returns policy. We allow you to return anything you have brought from us within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
To be eligible for our Hassle Free Return, your product must be unused and in the same great condition that you received it.
Non-returnable items include;
- Any item returned after 14 days after delivery
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error
- Any items that were personalised
- Gift cards
Once we receive your returned item back at our warehouse, we will inspect it and then contact you via email or phone to inform you whether the return has been accepted or denied. If your return has been accepted, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account, credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is late or missing, please follow the below steps;
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as the refund may just not be showing up yet
- If you’ve done these first steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and has been sent directly to the gift receiver, then they will receive a gift credit to the value of the returned item/s.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the gift sent to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about the return.
To return your product, you should ship your item to the our address which can be found on your delivery note, here on our website in the ‘contact us’ section or on your returns label.
You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs for your return item. All shipping costs are non-refundable and if you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from it.
If you are shipping any item over £50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
